Growing up in a family of engineers, Dylan's childhood was a playground of curiosity and exploration. Building robots with his father and writing his first lines of code were not just fun activities; they ignited a lifelong passion for creation. This early exposure to engineering and problem-solving became the bedrock of Dylan's entrepreneurial spirit, fueling his drive to explore and innovate. Dylan's and Estefania's venture, Everday, was born out of a desire to transform the workforce and address biases in hiring processes. Recognizing the rapid changes in the job market and evolving skill requirements, he saw an opportunity to create solutions that foster fair and fulfilling work environments.
