Over the first weeks at Builders, I received a crash course in the entrepreneurial way of working. Building something out of nothing brings up both the exciting and terrifying fact that there are no prior footsteps that can be followed. Without any templates or best practices to follow, I could truly become a creator. Pioneering new approaches and solutions enabled me to bring the best out of me. These six months at Builders have been full of learning opportunities and collaboration with extraordinary people who challenge me daily.
